Disgusting ring of criminals !

These criminals are getting away with taking innocent people’s money.After depositing 100 pound and playing it off I won 950 I thought it was my lucky day!Shortly after the win i got signed out and my username and password was unrecognised after going back and forth to the rude passive aggressive live chat assistants I was told I had to clear my cache after doing do for 2 hours I then got told it’s been escalated to the technical team and they can’t give me a time frame.It’s utter BS their just criminal theifs I hope karma bites them on the butt

Stole my money. Stay away!

Genuinely didn’t realise I had a previous account. Didn’t profit from opening another account(no freebies). They closed my new account and stole the money from it saying they were confiscating it. I’ve just contacted my bank who are looking at recovering all the money paid to them. Their loss. I suggest anyone else in the same situation consider the same action. Their t&c’s aren’t worth the paper they’re written on.

Horrific website.

Declined a deposit bonus, put it in my account anyway. Didnt notice as i had pressed decline, noticed after first spin, but couldnt get through on chat, when i did i was told since i had spun i had accepted the bonus and cant remove it.

Played through on losing spins on high bets to get rid of it. Played through my own cash, and redeposited to start again.

Tried to withdraw to be told i had bonus funds and couldnt do so.

Needless 24 hour delay when you request a withdrawl (in my case its actually 33 hour delay) just incase i want to give them my money back.

Spoke to 2 people on live chat – both Max and Frank had serious attitude problems. Max in particular was abysmal and shouldnt be in the job.

Games are dated and not new.

Downloaded a transaction history which shows as follows…

528 spins
344 – no win at all
104 – win less than bet value
80 – win above bet value

So many none win spins – more so than any other place i have played.

Avoid at all costs, a very dodgy, arrogant and rude site.

This is where I spent £20 to earn £27.70 via TopCashBack. Winning wasn’t my aim, the £7.70 profit was. However if I’d have won, then that would have been a bonus.

If you like a flutter, this really isn’t the place. Check the odds on the games. They are really poor compared to the average.

Game wise? OLD! DATED! Don’t waste your time, go and play on a better site that offers the one important thing.

closed accounts with my winnings in it!

I recently joined Casino of Dreams, deposited, won and withdrew £150 then i had an email saying that my accounts been closed because i was already a member. Which i didnt even realise this, and was a geuine mistake.. but it allowed me to add the same Debit card on 2 accounts? How can a casino allow you to add and deposit the same credit card if you already had an account! This is puzzling me. I had an email saying the would reopen my other account but not the one with my winnings in! Ive emailed but you never get any response back. Anyone no of a complaints department i could contact about this because how many times would they allow me to deposit and taken my money if i genuinely had no idea that ide already had another account with them?

Terrible customer service

Am still waiting for them to accept my address for verification, it ticks all of their boxes. They keep telling it’s been rejected! Get it done
